WELCOME to YOUR Challenge Group!
I am so excited to have you here. This group is your home base for the duration of this challenge. You being here means you have taken the first step to make a positive change in your life and that is something you should be proud of!
What you can expect and group rules:
- Each day there will be an "assignment" to keep you accountable. You'll need to read it and check in each day. My challengers who are active every day in the group see the most dramatic results.
- You are responsible for completing your workout and eating according to your nutrition plan each day. I'm here if you need help or have questions, so are your fellow group mates!
- This is a SAFE, POSITIVE SPACE! I want you to feel comfortable sharing photos, personal feelings, your struggles and your victories. There are NO stupid questions! Also, this space is meant to uplift. I have no problem with you sharing a struggle and asking for tips or help but please refrain from complaining in the group. If you are having a hard time message me privately for help.
