Here is a food sheets for you to look over. The first one is the 21 Day Fix, if you are using another program scroll down for you food lists! If you do not have the container system, here are the cup measurements.
Green container 1 cup
Purple container 1 cup
Red container 2/3 cup
Yellow container 1/2 cup
Blue container 1/4
Orange container 2 Tbs
Today, make a list of the foods you feel like you can eat on a daily basis for each container. Also, below is a video I put together on the containers. Don't feel discouraged if this is all seeming foreign to you! It was a little confusing for me in the beginning but a day or two of actually doing it and it all made perfect sense! We will take it slow and don't worry if you aren't perfect the first week. You will get it! Please read this blog post on using the containers!
