Nutrition is 80% of the work when it comes to fitness so we will be spending this week making sure you completely understand the nutrition plan.Some of you have probably already done this since you have received you nutrition plans already but for those of you that haven't, do the calculation in the first picture and get your target calories. Then go to the second picture and find your target calorie bracket to find out how many containers you need to start with. Do take note, though, that if you are near the low end of the calorie bracket that you are assigned you will most likely drop quickly to the lower calorie bracket in the first week or so. You want to keep an eye on that because your progress will plateau if you need to move down a bracket! To check just do the calculation again with your new weight. If you are under 1200 calorie, round up to 1200. If you are above 2300, round down to 2300. If you are breastfeeding add 500 calories to your target goal before choosing your container bracket. When you are done, please message me your target calorie goal and which of the 4 brackets you are in!
