Part 1
It's purge day! One of the most helpful things you can do for yourself is purge unapproved foods from your home. It's way too easy to get tempted to start snacking or sneak something you know you shouldn't have when it's staring at you from inside the fridge. Even if it will be good when the 3 weeks are over, ditch it!! Let's set ourselves up for success!
Part 2
Why are you doing this? If you close your eyes and picture what you hope your results from this program will be, how will it change your life? Are you hoping to set a good example for your children? Are you hoping to overcome a health issue? Are you wanting to feel comfortable in your own skin? Improve your marriage? Develop self control? Take out pen and paper (this is just for you!) and write it out. Imagine that life and make a clear goal, something tangible. Stick your answers where you can see it, if you have visual encouragements like a photo of yourself at a weight you were happy with, add that too. There are going to be hard moments, moments where your kids keep you up and you're tired or you have worked a double shift or its a friends birthday and you don't feel like ordering a healthy meal while everyone else eats burgers and fries. Name your struggle! In that moment, you need that vision to be clear so you act according to your goals!! This isn't a diet. This is nutrition and respecting your body, fueling it to feel amazing and to function the way it was created to. This is setting goals and crushing them like a boss! I want you to get a vision before you start because you will have better results if you have destination in mind.
